AN-280 Right hand coordinate system with cut out template

Most Trio FRAME transformations use the right-hand coordinate and rotation rules. All TOOL_OFFSETs and USER_FRAMES always use the right-hand rules.  This Application note describes the right hand rule and includes a handy template to cut out that helps when designing systems that use this rule.
