Flex6-NANO Startup Loop always goes offline

Flex6-NANO Startup Loop always goes offline

I made a mistake and my Flex-6 Nano always runs a configuration on startup that results in the PC not being able to connect.  What can be done to solve it?

You need to remove the programs from the Motion Coordinator so that it will start up in its default state.

Option 1:  Put a file called TRIOINIT.BAS in an SD card.  In the TRIOINIT.BAS have one line that is NEW ALL
Place the SD card in the controller and power up.  It will wipe all the programs.

Option 2: Open the connection to the controller with Motion Perfect in Direct Mode.  Just the temrinal.  Power off the controller.  Motion Perfect will say lost connection and waiting to re-connect.  Now power on again and as it powers up, keep pressing the Enter Key on the PC keyboard.  The PC must have "focus" on the Terminal window.  If successful, the programs will NOT autorun and you can get back to a normal connection.

Note that the IP address is not reset by this procedure.  To change the IP address, add the line IP_ADDRESS = nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn to the TRIOINIT.BAS.
