Frame 30 allows for the wires to be joined to a rectangular plate. It also allows for the pay out over a wheel with a radius. The amount of wire on the wheel will vary depending on the XYZ position. Sometimes a flat plate is used to mount the camera and the lines are joined to the corners of the plate
