Hello at all, my name is Martin living in Germany

i have a problem with a MC206X which shows: OK LED in green

                                                                                STATUS LED in red                                                                                                                    and below them       LED 2 + LED 4 are also light

My problem is that at I/O connector 3 is no 24V coming out at terminal 2,
on terminal 1 I measure a stable 24V DC input.

Is this missing output at terminal 2 of I/O3 related to the Status light in red?
How can I find out the reason for the red status.
Could it be an empty or defective battery?
 Ia am actually not at the machine, have just contact by telephone to the customer

because the border Germany/Switzerlan is closed du to the Corona Virus,

so Itry to help my customer by phone as good as possible.
