4-20ma convert to 0-10V

4-20ma convert to 0-10V

Hi, I'm using MC403 and P379,
and want to convert 4-20ma 0-10V using a 500ohm resistance.
But when sensor might output 23ma some times, and it'll end up a 11.5V, so will 11.5V destroy the 0-10V AIN input module?
